Is this a subscription?
No. ChessRoller is a one-time purchase. You pay once and own it.
What happens when the trial ends?
After 14 days the app locks until you enter a license key. Your databases, repertoires, and training progress stay exactly where they are. Buy whenever you're ready and pick up where you left off.
Which platforms are supported?
macOS and Windows (64-bit). A Linux build is planned.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Analysis, databases, and training are fully local. The license re-checks with Polar when you're online and tolerates a full week completely offline.
How many computers can I use it on?
Your license includes N device activations, and you can deactivate a machine from within the app to free up a slot.
